COVID-19 NOTICE

Baguettes and Company have been open throughout the pandemic with some restrictions:

• We require 24 hours notice for orders.
• We cannot accept orders for weekends.
•  Some menu items may not be available and we will advise you after you place your order and work out alternatives with you to meet your needs.

We apologise for any inconvenience as we all adjust to this "new normal".

Baguettes and Company are leading Manhattan Caterers. We cater for corporate and private functions. Our customers include Fortune 500, Wall Street, Television and Film Industry companies.

We can cater any event, any time - breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. Not only can we customize menus, we can also provide full service staff, table settings, arrange for floral and/or other decorations as well as provide musical talent on request.

Our catering services deliver 24 hours, 7 days a week. Nothing is too big or too small, too early or too late.

• How much notice do you need for an order?
  
  Advance orders receive priority and are greatly appreciated. Certain orders required 24 hours notice. If you have any concerns about lead time then contact us.
   
• What if I want to cancel?
  
  Cancellations require 12 hours notice andare subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
   
• What if I do not want to order the minimum quantity?
  
  In general there is a $2.00 per person surcharge on orders that are below our minimums. But please contact us about special pricing for groups below our minimums.
   
• Where do you deliver?
  
  Delivery services are available throughout Manhattan and surroundings areas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  However for weekend deliveries you must order by 3:00 PM Friday.
   
• Can you supply table settings?
  
  We can supply China, Flatware and Glassware on request. Orders requiring these items will be subject to a surcharge. We can also provide floral arrangements.
   
• How do you present the order? Do you use disposal products?
  
  Unless you order china and flatware, all orders are prepared with a full paperware service. Some items such as trays are non-disposal and must be returned to our delivery people on the day of your event.
   
• Can you provide catering staff?
  
  Service staff is available by the hour, with a four hour minimum. We can also provide musical talent on request.
   
• Can I order on Account?
  
  Yes. More information is on our Get an Account page. Please read that and then contact us.
   
• What if I want something not on the menu?
  
  We can customize menus, please contact us.
   
• What credit cards do you accept?
   
• We accept all major credit cards.
   
• Can you provide special event cakes?
  
  Give us 24 hours notice and we'll bake up practically any cake or pie you can dream up. Contact us and discuss what you have in mind and we'll give you some ideas with price options.
